My own healing journey led me on a path through the wide landscape of psychology, mental and meditation techniques. I concluded the physical body and environment is only the effect of causes that lay outside our accepted senses of perception. Everyone is subject to these subtile causes. They speak through our dreams, wishes, desires, fears and childhood memories – a time when we where still connected to the unseen world. As adults we have just learned to overlay them with materialistic, linear explanations and supposed outside causes.
In my work I guide people through the limitations of their mental maze to rediscover their Intuition. The main goal is to bring people to their own realisations through the art of dialog , deep questioning and imagination. In any obstacles I assist with my knowledge and life experiences that have humbled me and enable me to be compassionate with many of life’s dramas. It’s a process of unlearning, unveiling and remembering our immovable essence. Connecting back to wisdom dignity and inner guidance.
With Arian, I can reflect very well and come closer to my own truth. I don’t feel like I’m writing down any nonsense, and that is such a big step for me compared to all the other coaches. He doesn’t push any ideology on me that I can simply repeat. Instead, I’m finding my way to my own truth. It feels like a dance, and his insights have been very valuable to me. I feel deeply within that, through our work, I’m learning to understand my own needs even better. This is something that feels very alive in me right now.
